What is your shipping policy?

We use Priority Shipping via the USPS. We try and get the orders out as they are received. If we are out of a product at the time we receive an order we will communicate this and offer a suitable replacement or a refund of that product.

What is Single Origin coffee (SO)?

Single-origin coffee is coffee grown within a single known geographic origin, meaning a single farm. The name of the coffee is then usually the place it was grown to whatever degree available. There are no real rules or governing body enforcing the labeling of coffee. A single origin coffee could be:
- Coffee entirely from one farm.
- Coffee from multiple farms in the same general area. (very common)
- Coffee from multiple farms in the same country.

At KBL we will offer rotating Single Origin beans that can be ordered for any specific coffee drink you choose.

How do I order wholesale?

We love our wholesale accounts, in fact they are the backbone of KBL. Contact us via email or phone us and we would be happy to chat about selling our beans through your outlet.

What are our hours?

We are currently open every day except Wednesday. Occasionally we may have to open late or close early to deal with the changing New England weather. We communicate this through our social media channels.

Do you sell ground coffee?

Kind of! We sell whole beans but would be more than happy to grind any or all bags of beans you buy from us. While you wait!

How should I store my beans?

Store coffee in a glass air tight container, preferably in a cabinet or dark area. Air and moisture are coffee’s kryptonite; they stale the beans and kill their unique freshness.

Do you offer classes or learning?

Yes! We would be happy to discuss any classes or learning you may be interested in. We can offer opportunities for one to 10 people at a time. Some examples are Sensory and Cupping Discovery, Roasting Basics and Speciality Coffee Overview. Contact us to learn more.
